Our Lutton Place apartment is a traditional Edinburgh tenement flat dating from the late 19th century, refurbished and decorated to the highest 21st century standard inside, yet remaining gracefully in keeping with the period. It is conveniently situated in Newington, a vibrant district of Edinburgh nestling at the foot of Arthur's Seat, one of the most prominent and historical landmarks of Edinburgh. with many interesting and some quirky  local shops and amenities only a short stroll from the apartment, which are well worth a browse. The spacious self-catering apartment offers flexible and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 adults and 2 children.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor with level access from the street, making it suitable for families with young children and people with low mobility.

This 4 star self-catering apartment comprises one family room, one double/twin bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is one full bathroom with bath and shower, a second luxury shower-room and one separate WC. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob and fridge freezer.  Duvets, pillows, sheets, blankets and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis. Cots and high chairs are provided on request.

To ensure an enjoyable and relaxing stay, the apartment is fully equipped with favourite home comforts such as digital television and DVD/CD player. Lutton Place also has wireless broadband for those who wish to stay connected whilst away from home.
