This charming mews cottage with period features is tucked away in a quiet conservation area in the heart of central Edinburgh, only a short stroll from the East end of Princes Street. It is the ideal base for city centre shopping, with theatres, the Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Palace all only a short distance away on foot.

It offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for 1 - 2 people comprising one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with dining area , large kitchen and separate WC compartment.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob and fridge freezer.  Duvets, pillows, sheets, blankets and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis. Z-beds, cots and high chairs are provided on request.

To ensure an enjoyable and relaxing stay, the apartment is fully equipped with favourite home comforts such as large screen digital television and DVD/CD player. Pre-paid mobile phone, additional linen change and cleaning, restaurant, theatre and event bookings, grocery deliveries and airport /station pick ups, can also be arranged on request at extra cost.
